NEED FOR PET INSURANCE COVER

It has been designed to satisfy the needs of “UK Estate and letting agents.” It has launched two insurance plans namely tenant care dog and tenant care cat. This type of insurance policy will cover all the losses that pets commonly cause to the rented accommodation. It provides insurance cover of up to 700 pounds for the first 3 years and after that the maximum cover is reduced to 500 pounds. It will also help in solving the problems between the tenants and the owners of the house which are caused by the pets.
